The module provides students hands-on experience in strategic management, making and justifying decisions for a competitive company’s growth.

Description

Business Simulation offers all students a vision and a hands-on experience on strategic management. Grouped in teams, students will have the responsibility to plan and apply strategic and operational decisions (production, sales, marketing, HR, finance, production etc.) for a new company, in a very competitive industry, with the purpose of ensuring the healthy growth and development of that company. As a team of top managers, students will have to conceive a business plan and to explain their decisions to the stakeholders.
