Description

The module is designed to provide participants with relevant practical information about managing human resources in a labour market defined by critical skills shortages, remote work and disruptive technology.

The main topics are related to creating a great employee experience at the workplace and developing individuals and teams fully engaged and committed to their work. During this module, the participants will discuss case studies, enact role-plays, develop talent management practices, and solve team development challenges.

After the module, the participants should be able to use the instruments of talent management, analyse and solve practical talent management problems and utilize their strengths (talents) for their professional development.
