For admission to the INDE MBA Program, the following steps must be followed:

1. Enrolment for admission (February – September) – A scanned copy of the enrolment file will be sent to the following email addresses: cornelia.spanu@bbs.ase.ro and/or inde@ase.ro.
2. The pre-selection of eligible candidates (in June – first round and in September – the second round for the remaining available places) – The list of eligible candidates for the interview, who are selected on the basis of the enrolment file, will be displayed.
3. Interviewing the pre-selected candidates (in June – first round and in September – second round for the remaining available places) – Interviews with the pre-selected candidates will take place.
4. The announcement of successful candidates – The results will be sent by email, individually, to all participants, within 24 hours from the interview.

For the application process to the INDE MBA program you need:

• A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, regardless the field and the year of graduation
• A good level of English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the working field

Applicants send the required documents (.pdf format) stated below in a .zip file, along with their contact information (email, telephone number) on the following email: INDE@bbs.ase.ro.

If these conditions are met, the candidates must prepare and submit a zip (archive) file with the following documents to the above mentioned email address:

1. Certified copy of the baccalaureate diploma (and the transcript of records for the high school years)
2. Certified copy of the bachelor’s diploma (or certificate of equivalence by MEN)
3. Certified copy of the academic grade record / diploma supplement
4. Copy of the ID Card / Passport
5. Certified copy of the birth certificate
6. Certified copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable)
7. Two letters of recommendation (reference form)
8. Other documents which support the applicant’s professional and linguistic training
9. Certificate from work showing a working experience of at least three years
10. Medical Certificate (proving that the candidate is apt to follow the MBA program)
11. Tho photographs 3/4 (passport standard size)
12. Copy of receipt evidence payment of the enrolment fee (5oo RON)
13. File and standard application form
14. Questionnaire form
15. English certificate (Linguaskill B2/C1 or equivalent)
16. Curriculum vitae (English Proficiency Proof)
17. Motivation letter, written in English, showing a brief motivation to pursue the MBA program and the anticipation of the way in which its completion will contribute to the development of the candidate’s career (motivation letter template)

The admission interview is held online in English in front of a commission made up of representatives from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), Bucharest Business School and the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts from Paris (CNAM)

The interview will include the followings:

• A brief self-description;
• Experience and personal projects from the professional and managerial point of view;
• Problems affecting the operation and performance of one’s own company;
• Simulation of a case of self-responsibility in the context of organizational change of one’s own company;
• Assesment of the English level (knowledge of French is an advantage);
• The candidate’s expectations from the MBA program;
• Significant steps taken as holder of the MBA diploma.

For the evaluation, each member of the examination board assigns a 10-1 score for the following criteria, calculating the weighted average:

1. General behavior 20%
2. Professional Experience 30%
3. University training 30%
4. Other qualities (interest for the study, foreign languages, potential for leadership and entrepreneurship etc.) 20%

The minimum admission grade average is 7.00.
