The Middle Corridor is becoming an increasingly important axis of Eurasian connectivity, while Romania’s role as an EU gateway is gaining strategic relevance across transport, logistics, and policy debates.

The programme is designed for professionals, academics, decision-makers, and practitioners in transport, logistics, port management, trade, and regional development.

The programme covers corridor strategy, operational constraints, cargo flows, pricing, logistics integration, geopolitical risk, regulatory complexity, digitalization, sustainability, and Romania’s role in capturing value through Port of Constanța and the Danube corridor.

A five-day intensive programme combining lectures, guided analysis, case-based discussion, and applied strategy exercises.

The curriculum moves from corridor positioning and operational design to market economics, risk and resilience, regulation, gateway competition, and end-to-end strategy formulation.
Participants will gain a clearer understanding of the Middle Corridor and a practical strategic framework for evaluating routing decisions, competitiveness, resilience, and Romania’s gateway function.
