By integrating technical knowledge with business strategy, the Energy MBA was designed to equip future leaders with the skills to navigate complex regulatory environments, manage stakeholder interests, and drive sustainable decisions. Over time, the program has evolved, continuously updating its curriculum to reflect industry advancements and maintain its relevance in an ever-changing energy landscape.

Some of our Alumni
In addition to knowledge, competences, we need structure, processes and a lot of consistency in implementation to perform in a very competitive environment. The Energy MBA is built to brings a significant contribution in addressing these needs and the subsequent involvement of graduates in increasingly complex activities.
In addition, the main benefit in my case was raising the level of confidence: in me, in the surrounding colleagues, in the academic environment and in the private environment, the one who surprised me the most with the degree and the quality of involvement in the didactic process of the program. The direction is good and the pace of progress it is bigger than I expected.
Participating in this program gave me the chance to meet the best professionals in the energy industry, dedicated and involved teachers, special colleagues. I appreciated the quality of the courses, the actuality of the debated situations and the practicalities of the examination subjects during the two years. For anyone interested or working in the energy field, the Energy MBA is a great opportunity.
The Energy MBA is a program suitable for any active and experienced professional within the energy sector who seek to expand their knowledge or fresh networking opportunities. The program is relying on the extensive experience of the professors and on a varied curricula that took us from the basics of energy markets to in-depth knowledge on European policies or investments in energy through specific practices of the sector in the domain of marketing or human resources.
I had the opportunity to meet distinguished professors and colleagues and to be challenged both during the courses through the analyzed case studies, but also during the exams or projects I had prepared. Besides all of this, for me, the biggest gain from participating in this MBA was the widening of my horizon, the fact that I had the opportunity to have an insight on the energy sector from a different perspective than the regulator’s.
I want to say that this FABIZ MBA program surpassed my expectations! The fact that it is the only MBA that addresses the energy sector was an essential thing or me, as I work in this area. The structure of the program allowed me to not neglect daily activities and recommend this program to those who want to “feel”, to understand the transition of the entire energy sector, not only the one in Romania. I congratulate the entire teaching staff and those who have laid the foundation for this MBA program and wish them success further!
