The Board Leadership Program – International is a comprehensive executive education experience designed to equip board members and senior executives with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to excel in corporate governance.

• Financial oversight – grounding decision making process on measurable data such as financial statements, corporate finance models, and assessed risks.

• Risk governance and compliance – ensuring business resilience and regulatory adherence.
• Board dynamics and effectiveness – mastering board meetings, decision-making, and leadership.

Through expert-led sessions, real-world case studies, and a high-impact board meeting simulation, participants gain practical insights that enhance their ability to govern with confidence, foster sustainable business success, and navigate complex challenges at the highest levels of leadership.

Evaluation Process

Participants will be assessed through a combination of pre-session preparation, in-class discussions, and a written assignment.

Prior to each session, participants will receive course materials to review, ensuring they are familiar with key concepts. During the session, they will engage in discussions with academic and industry experts to deepen their understanding and apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. Following each module, participants will be required to submit an assignment, that will complement evaluation and a weighted average will be used both within each module and for the entire program.
