Bob de Graaff (1955) is a retired professor of intelligence and security studies. He was co-founder of the Netherlands Intelligence Studies Association (NISA, 1991) and of the European Chapter (2015) of the International Association for Intelligence Education (IAFIE). He is a recipient of IAFIE’s Lifetime Achievement Award. He published many articles and books on intelligence, also in English, e.g. on European and Asian intelligence communities and cultures.
