Designed to put theory into practice, the Board Meeting Simulation challenges participants to navigate realistic governance scenarios, strategic dilemmas, and executive-level discussions in a structured boardroom setting.

Through guided facilitation, participants will refine their boardroom communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, gaining valuable insights into board dynamics, leadership challenges, and best practices for effective governance. This interactive session serves as a capstone experience, reinforcing key lessons from the program and preparing participants for real-world board leadership.

The module takes place in person at the Bucharest Business School headquarters, located at Piața Romană 7. It is structured as a full-day session on a Saturday, offering 8 hours of intensive and engaging learning.
