One of the most important functions of business information is to reduce the ambiguity inherent in the process of monitoring competition activities by producing information reports. The development of an information product involves the collection of information from different sources. This course aims to develop skills in collecting data from multiple sources by developing and using customized collection systems.

At the end of this module, you will:
