Description
The main objective of the HRM course is to provide participants an in-depth understanding of their potential role in managing employees and the best practices to apply. This course broadly comprises modules about the main HRM activities like: HR planning, recruitment and selection, onboarding and employee engagement, performance evaluation, career management, compensations and benefits. This course gives students a bird’s eye view of how all these topics fit together. The interactive manner in which the HRM concepts are dealt with and the case studies and exercises used during the process are preparing the students for real business situations.
By the end of this module, students will:
- Understand the main trends and challenges in managing human resources and how they relate to the management process.
- Acknowledge the importance of a talent management strategy and the main steps in the process.
- Understand and use different tools and techniques used in managing human resources.
- Plan a human resource strategy/policy/process that can improve employee engagement, retention rate and create a great employee experience.
