The Negotiation course aims to develop participants’ negotiation skills, focusing on reaching agreements, resolving conflicts, and improving communication and problem-solving abilities.

Description

The aim of the Negotiation course is to help participants develop their negotiation skills and enhance their ability to reach agreements and resolve conflicts effectively. The negotiation course has several specific goals, such as understanding the negotiation process, developing effective communication skills, enhancing problem-solving skills and practicing negotiation skills.

By the end of this module, students will:

  • Gain knowledge of negotiation concepts and theories, including different negotiation styles, strategies, and tactics, as well as the key skills necessary for effective negotiation
  • Learn how to communicate effectively in negotiations, including how to ask questions, listen actively, convey information clearly and persuasively, and manage emotions
  • Develop their problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and analyse problems, generate creative solutions, and evaluate options to reach agreements that meet the interests of all parties
  • Will develop an understanding of ethical considerations in negotiation, including the importance of honesty, fairness, and respect for others.
