Description
This course is designed to prepare you to take part in digital transformation projects involving smart data technologies in different roles such as a business user, solution analyst and project manager. While applications in different society sectors will be explored, those for the arts and culture sectors will be highlighted. You will also look at the issues and challenges of adopting smart data technologies in addition to its benefits, and learn the implementation aspect of digital transformation.
At the end of this module, you will:
- Gain understanding of the smart data as the essential tools in pursuing the digital transformation journey, through the discussion of smart and big data basics
- Learn the applications and tools with use cases in various areas related to arts, culture and society, including sales and marketing, customer service, operations, risk management and other support functions.
