Athens has always been a meeting point between history, creativity, and innovation, and this is exactly the spirit of our Study Trip for the BBS Creative MBA Programme in March 2026. During five intensive days, our group explored the contemporary creative industries ecosystem in Greece, discovered new perspectives on business and culture, and strengthened connections that can grow into future collaborations across our region.
Through courses at Alba Business School and Athens University of Economics and Business, participants engaged with cutting-edge thinking on entrepreneurship, startups, and the global shipping sector, learning directly from leading academics and practitioners. At the same time, visits to institutions such as the Benaki Museum, the Onassis Foundation, Ten Carpets & Crux Galerie, and the Hellenic Cosmos Cultural Centre offered a rich immersion into how tradition, technology, and creative expression intertwine in today’s Athens.
The study trip also created space for dialogue: with cultural leaders, industry professionals, and representatives of organizations such as EIT Manufacturing and the Romanian Embassy, as well as with our partners at The American College of Greece. Together, we shared stories, ideas, and projects that connect the creative ecosystems of Greece and Romania, while experiencing the city’s memorable places, food, and atmosphere as a group.
This photo gallery captures some of those moments—learning, discovery, and genuine connection—through the eyes of our Creative MBA students. It stands as a visual reflection of our commitment at Bucharest Business School to foster creative leaders who can navigate and shape the evolving landscapes of culture, business, and society in Southeast Europe and beyond.
