Description
This module will embark you upon a journey of breaking up, investigating, probing, and reconfiguring the communication process so that you will be able to better understand how language works in the construction of social and organizational realities and to construct a viable world of integrated business communication that will be useful in your career path and in enhancing stakeholder relationships.
By the end of this module, students will:
- Understand how communication influences business in this age of audience fragmentation, global presence, data overload, downsizing, reorganizing and accountability
- Develop your skills to pitch yourself, organize and communicate your ideas and increase your power of persuasion and mediation
- Learn how to identify cultural borders in business communication and overcome them
- Deliver effective communications in a professional context.
