This course provides skills to identify and spearhead projects, acquired through advanced concepts and techniques needed to ensure adequate management for a specific project.

By the end of this module, students will:

• Learn to bring together good practices, standards and tools related to project management, using both traditional (such as Waterfall) and Agile methodologies
• Acquire the necessary knowledge and develop the skills appropriate to the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and successful completion of a specific project
• Experience the practical use of a project management software useful to manage the planning of a project’s activities, monitoring of the project’s execution, generating dashboards and different types of synthetic reports.
