This course covers managing creative talent, freelancing, self-management, and strategic planning for sustainable career paths, focusing on creative leadership.

This course will facilitate your understanding of the peculiarities of managing talent with creative abilities and the utility and complementarity of different types of creativity. Freelancing in creative sectors will be explored, the need for independence and achievement and principles for self-management. Ultimately, the focus will be on understanding the role of creative leaders and how to design a sustainable career path, both from an individual and from an organizational perspective.
