Drawing on the globally acclaimed Blue Ocean Strategy framework, this module challenges participants to move beyond conventional competitive logic and explore the principles and practices of value innovation.
Through interactive exercises, international case studies, and structured strategic analysis, participants will learn how to identify untapped market spaces, reconstruct industry boundaries, and design bold, innovative business models that open new frontiers of growth — creating value simultaneously for their organisations, their customers, and society at large.
