This final module offers participants a hands-on, engaging experience in board decision-making. Designed to put theory into practice, the Board Meeting Simulation challenges participants to navigate realistic governance scenarios, strategic dilemmas, and executive-level discussions in a structured boardroom setting.

The session combines the theoretical foundation provided by academics with the practical insights of industry experts. A panel moderated by Alina PRAHOVEANU will guide participants through real-world boardroom challenges, ensuring a dynamic and immersive learning experience.

Through guided facilitation, participants will refine their boardroom communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, gaining valuable insights into board dynamics, leadership challenges, and best practices for effective governance. This interactive session serves as a capstone experience, reinforcing key lessons from the program and preparing participants for real-world board leadership.
