The Entrepreneurship and Leadership course covers leadership theories, self-awareness, and management of entrepreneurial ventures. Topics include leadership styles, entrepreneurial ecosystems, start-ups, business planning, funding, and ethical considerations in both entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.

It is a course that focuses on the two areas – Leadership (not just in entrepreneurial companies) and Management of Entrepreneurial ventures (including intrapreneurship projects).
