It is a course that focuses on the two areas – Leadership (not just in entrepreneurial companies) and Management of Entrepreneurial ventures (including intrapreneurship projects).

- State of entrepreneurship in Romania, EU, USA; entrepreneurial ecosystems; start-ups & scale-ups; pitching your startup idea; launching a new entrepreneurial venture; business plan; marketing plan; feasibility analysis; business modelling; sources of financing; investment plan; operational plan; contingency / continuity plans; staffing and leading a growing company; exit strategies; ethics and entrepreneurship; social entrepreneurship; intrapreneurship.
