Description

The goal of this course is to understand how intra-/entrepreneurial activities relate to a company’s ability to drive innovation throughout the organization.

By the end of this module, students will:

  • Embrace the complexity of the phenomenon (leadership, corporate culture and organizational dynamics)
  • Identify and evaluate complex behaviour styles of corporate entrepreneurs
  • Develop your own intrapreneurial competencies
  • Construct a personal model of intrapreneurial activities to be used as a reference tool in your career development.
