Sound financial understanding is not a privilege reserved for accountants and CFOs — it is an essential competency for every professional who aspires to lead, grow, or transform a business.

This module demystifies the world of financial data, equipping participants from all backgrounds with the ability to read, interpret, and leverage financial information with confidence and strategic intent.

From financial statements and performance metrics to investment appraisal and value creation frameworks, participants will develop the financial literacy needed to make smarter decisions, engage more effectively with financial stakeholders, and drive sustainable value creation at every level of the organization.

The module is delivered over 12 hours. 4 Hours will be divided into 2  blocks of 2 hour online meetings and the remaining 8 hours will be an in campus block held during a Saturday.
