This module equips participants with a comprehensive set of frameworks and analytical tools needed to design robust, forward-looking business strategies — while simultaneously building the capacity to pivot, adapt, and respond decisively to evolving market conditions. Through a blend of conceptual models and real-world case studies drawn from Central and South Eastern Europe and beyond, participants will learn how to anticipate uncertainty, manage risk, and transform disruption into a source of sustained competitive advantage.

The module is delivered during an 8-hour on-campus block held on a Saturday.
