In an era of accelerating change and intensifying global competition, an organisation’s most decisive strategic asset remains its people. This module offers a deep and comprehensive exploration of the science and practice behind attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining exceptional talent — while also examining how to build cohesive, high-performing teams capable of thriving in complex, diverse, and international environments. Participants will engage with the latest thinking in organisational behaviour, leadership development, and people strategy, gaining practical tools to design talent ecosystems that drive performance, foster inclusion, and support the long-term ambitions of their organisations.

The module is delivered during an 8-hour on-campus block held on a Saturday.
