LEADERSHIP THROUGH VALUE

About the programme
In a world that thrives on innovation, the CREATIVE MBA equips professionals with the tools to lead with both creativity and strategic vision.
Taught entirely in English and combining international AMBA and Romanian ARACIS accreditation, this program is tailored for those who want to shape the future of culture, technology, and business.
The CREATIVE MBA is designed for professionals who want to move beyond ideas and turn imagination into influence. Whether you’re launching a venture, scaling a project, or stepping into a leadership role, this program helps you develop the mindset and capabilities to make a measurable impact.
Made for creative leaders
This MBA is built for professionals who turn ideas into strategy, whether you lead a studio, run a cultural venture, or drive brand growth inside a corporation. Designers, cultural managers, digital entrepreneurs, architects, event specialists, marketers, and product leads in corporate settings will find the tools to merge creative instinct with business clarity and elevate their vision to executive-level impact.
Creative thinking, critical thinking and technology
You’ll build fluency in the tools that define the future: AI, data strategy, ESG-aligned business, and gain a sharp understanding of how these intersect with cultural and creative work.
Learn from thinkers who do the work
The modules are led first by professors who anchor the program in academic discipline. They’re joined by guest lecturers from top European universities and by active professionals and advisory-board members who operate at the front lines of policy, strategy, and cultural innovation. Together, this mix of scholars and practitioners brings fresh, real-world insight to every module and challenges you to navigate today’s creative economy with confidence.
Global perspective
The curriculum is international in both content and experience, with two Erasmus+ study trips that expand your perspective on cross-cultural leadership.
Real-world learning
Learning is project-based and outcome-driven.
From branding and fundraising to intellectual property and project management, the challenges you’ll work on are rooted in real-world dynamics. Simulations, AI labs, and creative business case studies aren’t theoretical exercises but training grounds for what you’ll be doing next.
Collaborative by design
Co-creation is central to this process. This isn’t a top-down academic experience, but a collaborative space where your ideas and insight shape the direction of the work.
Your Study Plan
The Creative MBA spans two years, with four semesters and five modules per semester. Learning follows a blended format: one campus-based weekend per month, supported by online sessions throughout.
Semesters run from October to February and February to June, giving you a steady rhythm that accommodates your career.

Voices of our Students
My takeaways from the courses is how important it is to know and understand the trends, the current evolutions of your time nowadays how important it is to understand how customers think in order to structure your business in a way that is useful to them and that is meaningful to you and how important it is to understand how people see prices.
This first MBA in Creative Industries from Eastern Europe came when I needed it the most in my agency’s life.
It not only gave me the chance to connect with inspiring professionals, exchange ideas, and develop entrepreneurial skills I lacked, but it also provided me with new strategic perspectives that I can apply to benefit both myself and my clients.
The program has exceeded my expectations, primarily because it brings together my peers and me—professionals from complementary creative fields. I am sure many beautiful collaborations will emerge from this.
The instructors come from the business world with vast experience and consistently challenge us to push our limits. The course content is not purely theoretical; it adds structure to our thinking and demonstrates the applicability of theory in our respective activities. Overall, it’s an experience that perfectly combines inspiration, challenge, and professional growth.
This MBA has been a game-changer for me!
As founder of Article Ten, it sharpened my strategic thinking, helped me shape my personal brand and gave me the tools to feel more confident and structured in managing my business.
I enrolled in CREATIVE MBA to complement my expertise in architecture & horeca which was lacking a solid business layer. Now, at the end of my first semester, I confidently say that I am very satisfied with my decision.
The program has provided me with valuable insights that have enhanced my professional growth. Additionally, I highly value the networking opportunities and the collaboration with my colleagues, all of whom are professionals that I truly admire, from various fields and sectors.
For me, this MBA has been a great opportunity to reconnect with the local market and understand more business insights in the creative industry.
I’ve had the opportunity to meet a lot of great people in a lot of different industries from my colleagues or guest speakers and our professors, which I don’t think I would have had the opportunity to otherwise.
I believe the industry is deeply rooted in creativity, and that excites me. While I’m not yet certain how I’ll apply this MBA in my future endeavors, I know it’s a critical step in aligning my creative strengths with a solid business foundation.
This MBA program is helping me bring structure to my ideas. As a creative professional, I’ve often relied on instinct and spontaneity—but now, I’m learning how to approach challenges with strategic intent. Before diving into intense projects, I want to take things at a thoughtful pace, to truly absorb and integrate what I’m learning.
There are moments when I feel uncertain about the process, wondering how I’ll navigate it all. But I keep telling myself, I’m going to do this. And with every module I complete, there’s a real sense of achievement.
I was trained as an architect, but I founded a ceramic studio named Atel Lutein five years ago. Being a newcomer in this domain, I realized I needed a community to be part of, and that’s when this MBA came up and I signed up almost instantly because I felt it was what I needed. During my studies, I understood the ways I should build my business.
I created a new strategy, and moreover, I feel that I now have a direction. Although I followed different other courses on branding or on marketing, this MBA gave me a complete structure and a cohesive way to put the information I received, and I now feel I have a more clear direction for my studio and for the community I want to build.
