RADU COMȘA
Health Management and Policy Consultant
About me ...
Radu Comsa is a health economist and consultant with extensive experience in healthcare analysis, policy, and system-level thinking. Since 2011, he has worked independently as a consultant, building a strong professional profile focused on the economic and strategic dimensions of health systems. His background combines analytical expertise, sector insight, and a practical understanding of how to support meaningful improvements in healthcare organizations and policies.
As Program Coordinator and Organizer of the Health & Leadership MBA, Radu plays a central role in ensuring the programme runs smoothly, coherently, and at a high professional standard. He connects academic vision with operational execution, helping shape a learning experience that is structured, accessible, and responsive to the needs of busy professionals. His contribution strengthens the programme’s applied orientation by supporting coordination across faculty, participants, and partners, while keeping the academic agenda aligned with the realities of the health sector.
Radu’s value to the programme lies in his ability to combine strategic thinking with careful organization and stakeholder coordination. He brings a strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and relevance, helping create an environment where participants can engage deeply with the curriculum and translate learning into practice. In this role, he supports the MBA’s broader mission: to develop capable leaders who can improve healthcare systems through informed decision-making, effective management, and sustainable reform.
